The NSW Audio Visual Installation Team Lead plays a crucial role in shaping, implementing, and overseeing the strategic vision for the Installation Team in NSW.
This position focuses on delivering onsite projects and reports to the National Installation Team Leader. The Team Lead is responsible for maintaining high installation standards in alignment with POMT's values and practices.
Working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Audio Commissioning (ACO) Teams, the Team Lead ensures seamless support throughout all deployment stages, providing guidance and supervision to the Installation team.

• Provide effective leadership and direction to the Installation team.
• Oversee the installation of various Audio Visual and IT hardware on-site.
• Ensure smooth coordination of installation activities on construction sites, working with other trades and stakeholders.
• Make sure that projects are completed within set deadlines and budgets, implementing efficient project management practices and closely monitoring project progress.
• Work closely with the PMO to manage rostering and labor requirements, optimizing resource allocation and scheduling to meet project needs effectively.
• Manage the installation and termination of cable infrastructure in accordance with project requirements.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong focus on detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of all installations, documentation, and reports.
• Manage and conduct thorough testing of installed solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Oversee and manage the acquisition, maintenance, and return of equipment and machinery used in installations. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment hire and maintenance as needed.
• Serve as a role model for the team, setting high standards for professionalism, work ethic, and quality of work. Encourage and ensure that senior team members are also leading by example.
