• You’ll be responsible for the provision of technically accurate designs, that include hardware and labour estimation.
• Support consultancy and the sales team with return briefs and proposals
• Generate bill of materials (BOM) and associated pre-sales documentation
• Be involved in project kick-offs, signoff and be responsible for the hand over to project
• Revision of project documentation including:
• Specifications
• Internal briefing documents
• Architectural and services documentation
• Returnable Schedules
• Work with Engineering team to develop solution designs
• Deliver a design brief within the constraints of costs, time and quality
• Identify the standardisation of design and documentation to work more efficiently
• Own the technicalities of the solutions the team delivers on projects/engineering team
• Assistance with preparation of plans, quotations and proposals, including site visits for sales team
• Maintain and develop existing relationships with vendors and industry bodies

• Strong understanding of workplace technology and associated technologies design principles
• Understanding of architectural and construction documentation, including but not limited to services coordination
• Strong Time Management
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams - Internal & External
• Ability to manage information flow between solutions and project teams
• Strong understanding of technical language around construction, project management and hardware
• Understanding of the fundamentals related to the sales process and cycle
• Ability to read and understand vast quantities for technical documentation relating to the technical & aesthetic aspects of projects such as:
• AV specifications/ briefs
• Floorplans
• Architectural drawings
• Schematic diagrams
