Position Overview

We're looking for a Part-Time Talent Sourcer to work approximately 2 days a week. Your pivotal role will involve identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to enhance our company's success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully recruiting within a competitive market, and they will thrive in exploring unconventional and innovative sourcing methods.

What you will do;
  • Explore unconventional and innovative sourcing methods to discover hidden talent pools.
  • You'll leverage a variety of channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff and hiring managers to understand and define the desired candidate profile.
  • Use strong communication and relationship-building skills to connect with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
  • Create engaging outreach messages that set the company apart from competitors.
  • Monitor and report on predefined sourcing metrics.

What you will have;
  • 5 years experience in a talent sourcing or similar role.
  • Proven success in using creative sourcing approaches.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in proactively sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other relevant channels.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
