Team Assistant | Sydney
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Team Assistant to join a collaborative and supportive working environment. You'll be part of a team-oriented and results-based culture, where your ideas will always be heard.
We're open to junior candidates or experienced candidates for this opportunity - culture fit and attitude are key, as everything else can be developed and trained as you settle into the role!
Reporting to the Chief of Staff you will be responsible for, but not limited to;
Office Management
- First point of contact for any office related issues
- Ensure the experiential space is presentable and fully operational
- Schedule room bookings and digital content as required
- Order kitchen and office supplies
Client Event Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of small, medium and large scale events, such as board meetings, offsites, AGM's, All Hands etc.
- Coordinate logistics for technical services, food and beverage, space setup and client management.
Team Coordination/HR Support
- Onboarding new employees
- Coordinate and manage team events
- Manage WH&S, Workers Comp and training compliance
- Internal Team Communications
- Ensure company policies and procedures are kept up to date
About you
- Previous office management and administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks & problem solve is crucial
- Excels working in a team and positively contributes to the team culture
- Organised and proactive
- Previous experience in event planning
- Ability to prioritise tasks & problem solve is crucial
- Proficient with MS Office suite
- Self-managed, can work well autonomously
