Training Coordinator | Sydney
Position Overview

You will be tasked with the delivery of the final stages of POMT’s client projects known as the with a core focus on documentation creation and delivery of training to various levels of our customers organisation.

In this role you will be engaged at the mid-way point of a project and will assist the client to adopt the implemented technology within constantly changing and dynamic environments

You will work closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure there is a smooth transition from the pre-production to the production environment.

What you'll be doing:
  • Training plan creation & delivery
  • Training asset creation
  • Pre-launch client training of technical resources & Super Users
  • Post-launch onsite presence
What you'll have:
  • Documentation production skills
  • Understanding of Audio Visual and/or Workplace Technology and/or Unified Communications
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and clients
  • Focus on approach to the right level of detail and quality of presentation formatting “look & feel” information in a meaningful and concise manner
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to build effective client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to think on your feet and apply your breadth of knowledge to identifying and solving customer problems
Desirable have's:
  • Front of House, Client-facing, High Touch technology and corporate event experience in the last 5 years
  • Experience in training different levels of an organisation: User, Super User, IT Help Desk
  • Interest and appreciation for hardware and software solutions
  • Training certifications
