Overview
POMT are seeking 'all-ages' graduate to experience our various technology focused teams (including Sales, Design, Installation and Support) and function across all POMT solutions (Audio Visual, Workspace Management and Media Distribution and IPTV).
POMT’s 18-month program seeks to overcome modern recruitment challenges by removing impediments to employment for unskilled people. It contains clear technical and professional development milestones that you will traverse whilst gaining invaluable industry insight and knowledge.
What you will do
- Experience various roles within the POMT ecosystem and undertake a range of duties from administration to design and project management to installation
- Undertake an 18mth training & development program
- Experience both on-site and off-site client environments
- Gain exposure to the latest collaboration technology (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Workplace by Facebook)
What you will have
- A very keen interest in collaboration technologies
- An understanding of or exposure to customer service skills to work efficiently and effectively with both internal and external customers
- Ability to adapt to varying situations and remain focused, friendly and calm
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required
- Ability to work as a team with a positive attitude and professional customer service skills
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
