Canva is one’s of Australia’s fastest growing tech exports. Their intuitive yet powerful design platform and associated services has disrupted and revolutionised the industry.
Expanding at a rapid pace Canva approached POMT to provide strategy and design around their new HQ in Sydney and also to assist with selection and implementation of a single conferencing platform to bring together their team and support continued and global expansion.
POMT worked with the Canva team testing, iterating and ultimately deploying Zoom throughout the business. We then began leveraging Zoom’s ecosystem within the design and ultimately implementation of the physical office where POMT was again engaged to assist with the deployment of physical technologies.
Our scope included AV, Conferencing & Collaboration, Workspace Management, Media Distribution and Peripherals / Convenience which compromised virtual access control via Canva’s staff mobile phones instead of security passes.
Remaining conscious of budget, we worked with the Canva vibe team to design and integrate a seamless technology experience for meeting rooms, open collaboration areas including stand-ups and team breakout areas including the café and all staff event space.
Since the original project POMT has continued to provide managed services and assisted Canva with upgrades and expansion to support their growth.
