POMT was brought into the firm to initially consult on physical and virtual workplace technologies. After initial briefing and receiving an executive mandate to improve productivity and employee experience, we worked with the technology and property teams to prepare a strategy which aligned with the firms upcoming core technology refresh – along side planned property projects in Melbourne and Sydney.
Clayton Utz introduced a new style of legal workplace, investing in collaborative settings, inspiring the majority of partners to give up their offices for more open and communal spaces, shared with staff and clients. Client facing meeting and seminar spaces remain of critical importance to legal firms and like the practice floors Clayton Utz invested in, upgrades of the spaces and technology.
POMT designed and deployed technologies for Peripherals & Convenience, AV, Conferencing & Collaboration, Booking & Scheduling and Media Distribution. The solutions were tailored for the Clayton Utz environment leveraging their use of virtual desktops, the Bluejeans conferencing platform and an enterprise workspace management system.
Over the past 4 years POMT has subsequently upgraded all national offices to align with the firm’s standard environment and we continue to provide national support.
